• We train more than our competition. Our teams train all winter long up to 3 times a week. We utilize our own facility as well as Union Point to aid in our athletes' winter development.

• We play more than our competition. Take a look at the New Balance Select League Website, and you will see that The Lions play more games than 90-100% of any teams in the league. We are big believers that our players need to play to develop, so we play a loaded schedule, and do everything we can to get them all in.

  

• We've got a plan. Every team has their own, unique player development plan constructed prior to the winter, depending on each teams' age and level. Our staff plans out practices for the entire winter to ensure our athletes are getting the most out of us. This eliminates all of the "blind repetition" practices filled with groundballs and front toss.

• No Parent Coaches. Everyone on our coaching staff is a non-parent of players on the team. Our coaches have all played or coached at a high level, and they all share a passion to teach the game.

• Elite College Development/Recruiting Assistance. In less than 3 years, we have worked hard with our high school athletes to commit more than 15 students to play baseball at the college level. From Division 1 to Division 3, we work closely with our athletes ands families to provide options and help navigate the recruiting process.

• We Play at the Highest Level. Our National Teams and Elite teams compete against the best teams in the area,  they also travel to different parts of the country to compete. NB Select Elite Division, Perfect Game, PBR, and Prospect Select are examples of leagues and tournaments our top level teams participate in.
